About The Position
Provides clerical assistance to the loan operations department
Requirements
- Order appraisals, per request of loan clerks, processors and/or mortgage underwriters.
- Selects appraiser from rotation list in respective county.
- Order flood zone checks.
- Order EDR checks.
- Reviews and approves appraisals.
- Maintains and updates appraisal log.
- Reconciles appraisal account on a monthly basis.
- Pay appraisal invoices.
- Performs the census check to verify mapping on a monthly basis.
