About The Position

The Industrial  I&E Apprentice will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical wiring, conduit, equipment, and fixtures.

Requirements

• Must have Electrical Apprentice License.
• Must have at least 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Helper.
• Mustpossessa State of Texas Electrical Apprentice License.
• Must have basic knowledge of electrical constructionprocesses.
• Mustbe able to follow instructions correctly.
• Must be able to work atheightsmore than 300ft.
• Must be willing and able to follow all instructed safety regulations.
• Must be able to make itto workon time andworkthe designated schedule and any overtime as needed with the proper notification.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• Possess the ability to build rapport and trust with key clients, businessleadersand teammembers.
• Strong teambuilding and influencing skills.
• Have the good judgment to think sustainably, for the long term in a growing company with critical long-term client relationships.

• May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
• Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms/ scaffolding using appropriate fall protection requirements.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
• Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots.
• U.S. Only: Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Norrell Construction is required.
