Requirements

1–4 years of field experience in electrical work (preferred).
Familiarity with rough-in, trim-out, or service work is a plus.
Must be eligible to obtain an apprentice card.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
A seasoned apprentice with 3 years or more of experience in the electrical field.
Understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and systems in accordance with the NEC.
Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and its application in electrical installations.
Ability to install conduit systems following NEC guidelines for routing electrical wiring.
Proficiency in bending conduit pipes accurately to fit specific project requirements while adhering to NEC standards.
Knowledge of different wiring methods and techniques, including cable pulling and termination, according to NEC regulations.
Ability to work in various environments, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment.
Precision is crucial in electrical work to ensure safety and compliance with NEC standards.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues within NEC guidelines and find solutions.
Willingness to learn from experienced electricians, collaborate with other team members, and adhere to NEC regulations.
Knowledge of safety procedures and NEC regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and adhere to NEC specifications.
Willingness to learn how to use tools and equipment specific to the electrical trade, ensuring NEC compliance.
