Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven electrical experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Commitment to required training and safety practices
- Ability to take direction and grow from constructive feedback
- Capability to work with and identify colored wiring
Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installations under the guidance of experienced supervisors
- Prepare work areas and use tools such as drills, ladders, and scaffolding
- Connect wiring and equipment while learning proper techniques
- Maintain a positive attitude, follow company procedures, and accept feedback
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
