Apprentice Maintenance DUN
About The Position
One learns to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics Train to gain working knowledge of PLC’s. One learns to perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic repairs and fabrication. One learns to plan and follow thru all maintenance and facilities activities. One learns to maintain machine, secondary equipment, facilities preventative maintenance schedules. One learns to track and maintain inventory levels in maintenance. Implement activities for cost savings and better machine and secondary equipment utilization. Become familiar with ISO 14001 and TS16949. Knowledge of costing, controlling assets and maintain within budget restraints. Special projects as deem necessary. Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Sr. Supervisor as necessary. Other duties as needed.
