About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Metal Refinisher to bring their talent and craft to our expanding markets. As a refinisher, you’ll be using your expertise in buffing, stripping, sanding, masking, filling, spraying, oxidizing, and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state.
No experience needed and paid training provided upon hire.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Current and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving record
• Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
• Comfortable with heights and working in confined spaces
• Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift, reach, climb and carry equipment up to 60lbs unassisted
• Painter or spraying experience of any type
• High level of attention to detail/cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Accountable for following work order instructions and Lead Foreman directions to ensure all jobs are completed to quality standards and in a timely manner
• Working with solvents, chemicals, pneumatic and power tools
• Follow all safety and OSHA related protocols, including the use of company vehicles
• Successfully complete all required safety and training modules
• Work nights (generally 4/5pm – 2/3am) with flexibility to work occasional days or weekends
• Occasion out of town travel (in company van, with daily per diem allowance & individual hotel)
