About The Position

This is not a “sweep floors forever and hope someone teaches you” job. This is an entry-level technician role for someone who wants to learn real automotive diagnostics and repair, build actual skills, and grow into a professional technician with support, structure, and standards. We are looking for an Apprentice Technician who: Wants to learn the trade, not just have a job Shows up on time and takes coaching seriously Takes pride in doing things the right way, even when no one is watching Is hungry to grow and open to feedback Wants stability and a real career path, not bouncing shop to shop What This Role Actually Is This is a hands-on learning role with structure. You will: Work alongside experienced technicians Learn how to perform inspections, basic repairs, and maintenance the right way Be trained on process, documentation, and standards Build real diagnostic habits early instead of bad shortcuts Be expected to improve month over month You will not be left guessing. You will be coached. You will be held to standards.
