Requirements

High School Diploma/GED (minimum)
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Must pay attention to detail and be able to spot small defects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production scheduling by machine with manager and co-workers
Organize raw material for lot changes (a) transfer 20 lb. containers of chips by hand; (b) lift 5 lbs. by hand, shoulder high
Perform lot changes
Analyze machine stops; correct problem and restart machine
Communicate with Mechanic, TE and Manager regarding quality problems
Perform quality checks as required
Assist Quality Assurance by pulling daily samples; record daily production, scan job cards and transfer finished product to next process
Mix chips (2.5 kg per bag) daily or as many required to run injection
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Must pay attention to detail and be able to spot small defects.
Performing any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
