Under general direction of the East Moline Municipal Swimming Pool Board and the City Administrator, the Manager is responsible for community promotion of the facility; water related activities for recreation, competition and safety. Implement instructional swim programs, plan and conduct aquatic events; hire and manage pool personnel and coordinate maintenance of pool, and other duties as assigned.
