This role coordinates coach scheduling, practices, and meets or matches for each program. The Lead Swim Instructor provides instruction and guidance to participants and may offer private or group swim lessons to help members improve their skills. Additionally, this position serves as part of the lifeguard team, ensuring the safety of swimmers and guests in the pool area and administering first aid or lifesaving assistance when needed.
