Job Purpose: To manage outstanding AR and work with customers to secure payments on delinquent accounts. Research and resolve account discrepancies with large box retailers. An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Summary of Essential Job Duties Utilize Customer Portals to research and dispute discrepancies File/Maintain Claims on Customer Portals and Spreadsheets Contact Customers by email to collect outstanding debt Research and locate documentation to aid in disputing discrepancies Send statements and reconcile accounts Assist with billing as needed Export data to Microsoft Excel and manipulate data within the spreadsheet Communicate progress with supervisor on a weekly basis Perform other duties as assigned
