About The Position

The AR Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable data and third-party reporting. Audits and confirms census, revenue, expense, and cash receipts source documentation to ensure accuracy of AR data recorded for billing, month end processing and internal management business decisions. The AR Reporting Specialist compiles and converts key accounts receivable data into skillfully formatted spreadsheets/tables. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years’ experience in a Healthcare/SNF/Hospital/Clinic setting managing/auditing third party receivables, admissions, and revenue reconciliation
  • Advanced computer knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI
  • California resident within commutable distance to Stockton

  • Associate degree preferred
