About the position

Archer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate Archer's solutions' value proposition to target audiences. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, or product management, with a strong understanding of the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate Archer solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis, gathering insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
  • Define and execute product launch plans, collaborating with product management, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Create sales enablement content, including pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, and training sessions, to equip the sales team.
  • Partner with the customer success team to develop case studies, testimonials, and customer stories showcasing product value.
  • Conduct internal training and communicate competitive positioning to support the sales organization.
  • Develop high-impact content such as whitepapers, datasheets, blog posts, and webinars to support awareness and lead generation.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to implement online campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive demand.
  • Participate in and support industry events by preparing speaking materials, presentations, and sponsorship activations.
  • Track and analyze GRC market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements to refine messaging and positioning.
  • Work closely with the product management team to ensure customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry shifts are reflected in product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, or product management, preferably within the GRC industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
