About The Position

You’ll take rough sketches, napkin ideas, and big visions — and transform them into polished, practical plans that crews can confidently build from. And you’ll do it in a fast-moving, high-energy environment where collaboration fuels creativity.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- A solid understanding of how buildings actually come together in the field
- Clear communication skills and sharp problem-solving instincts
- A creative eye backed by technical precision
- Associate’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field (preferred)

- 3D rendering skills? Even better — we love someone who can bring designs to life visually
Responsibilities
- Detailed architectural and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Real-world agricultural and commercial buildings across Wisconsin
- Clean, code-smart plans that flow seamlessly from concept to construction
- Visual solutions alongside architects, engineers, and sales pros
