The perfect Project Manager must... Advanced Revit skills and proficient in AutoCad (Required). If uncertified, Cadnetics may help you obtain certification and reimbursement. Plan, execute and evaluate projects, builds and manages project teams, ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle. Execute/create project content associated with the scope of work as needed. Be a problem solver and solution provider. Maintain ongoing relationships with team members, clients and possibly vendors. Oversee the execution of project work, ensuring that the work product meets project scope requirements. Support efforts related to scoping, estimating and proposal creation. Create reviews and authorize all work prior to delivery. At times, partner with other Project Managers on other projects. Architectural retail and medical experience is a plus! Knowledge of merchandise/ SKU /sales trends relationships is a plus. Contribute to a team environment Lead project kickoff meetings. Requirements

  • Advanced Revit skills and proficient in AutoCad (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or ten (10) years of relevant and increasing work experience (including management of others)
  • Strong understanding of reading and reviewing construction documents, building safety requirements, and complex drafting techniques
  • Strong understanding of CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Architectural retail and medical experience is a plus!
  • Knowledge of merchandise/ SKU /sales trends relationships is a plus.
