Requirements

• Technical degree in drafting or Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 3-5 years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with architectural terminology
• Proficient Revit skills required
• Self-motivated candidates demonstrating a proactive work ethic are ideal.
• A commitment to sustainability as a responsible business practice and approach to design.

Nice To Haves

• AutoCAD knowledge and experience a bonus
• Photoshop, InDesign or additional graphic skills preferred.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable and adept at working on multiple fast-paced projects.
• Candidate will be a solid self-starter, creative thinker, and independent problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with a major retailer with a multi-state footprint.
• Design and construction document development for execution of retail projects.
• Attending site survey’s and developing building as-builts.
• Overall team collaboration to ensure and complete project assignments and reviews.
