The Area Director Leisure Sales, will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives for OUTRIGGER Kona Resor & Spa and OUTRIGGER Kaui Beach Resort & Spa properties within the international Wholesale B market. The primary focus will be to achieve revenue targets, team booking pace objectives, as well as ensuring exceptional guest and partner satisfaction. With comprehensive oversight, the role will also be responsible for optimizing the financial performance of the segment. This will involve close collaboration with Commercial functions to craft and execute both strategic and tactical plans, all geared towards delivering the desired outcomes. Building enduring, value-driven customer relationships will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities, as these connections are key to achieving our mutual goals. Leading, mentoring, and nurturing the sales coordinators at both properties will be central to your mandate. By providing guidance and leveraging your expertise, you will empower them to consistently meet and exceed our objectives as a team

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive sales experience in hospitality, and a strong track record in leisure and group markets.
  • Key skills include sales target achievement, communication, and proficiency with customer relationship management.
  • Travel readiness and a collaborative, results-driven mindset are also essential.
