About The Position

We are looking for a high-impact Area Director to lead a patch of one of the most famous and fastest-growing wing brands in the world. Based out of the Jasper area, you will oversee a multi-unit territory across North Georgia, ensuring that our "flavor-first" mission is executed with precision in every location. This is a role for a strategic operator who understands that high-volume wings require a unique blend of speed, accuracy, and culture. If you are a multi-unit leader who thrives on building elite teams and hitting aggressive financial targets in growing markets, we want you to lead our expansion. As the Area Director, you are the executive lead for your territory, bridging the gap between high-level brand strategy and store-level execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environment (Wing or fried chicken experience is highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing multi-unit budgets and hitting KPIs in competitive markets.
  • You lead from the field, not from an office. You are a coach who knows how to inspire large teams to reach common goals.
  • Familiarity with the North Georgia/Pickens County area and the ability to manage the logistics of a regional territory.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between locations daily.

  • Wing or fried chicken experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Strategic P&L Ownership: You are responsible for the financial health of the entire area. You will analyze labor trends, manage high-impact food costs (COGS), and implement strategies to drive EBITDA across all units.
  • Talent Architect: You don't just manage General Managers; you develop them. You will be responsible for building a leadership pipeline, ensuring every store has a "bench" of talent ready for the next level.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain "audit-ready" standards 24/7. You ensure every order meets our gold standard for quality and speed, especially during high-pressure "game day" and weekend peaks.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand protocols. You set the bar for what a world-class operation looks like.
  • Growth & Scale: Partner with ownership to identify local marketing opportunities and support new store openings as we continue to grow in North Georgia.
