CR Fitness is seeking a high-performing Area Maintenance Supervisor to oversee equipment maintenance across our clubs and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians to ensure every location operates at 100 percent functionality. With 90+ locations open and 100+ more planned, this role plays a critical part in protecting the member experience, supporting operational excellence, and driving accountability across the region. Position Summary The Area Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance, repairs, and operational readiness of all fitness equipment within the clubs of their assigned market. This leader manages maintenance technicians, ensures work order completion, monitors inventory and warranties, and partners with club leadership to maintain high operational standards. This role requires urgency, organization, and a strong commitment to quality.

Requirements

  • Experience repairing and maintaining commercial fitness equipment
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of reliability, professionalism, and accountability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Proficient reading and writing skills in English

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of all strength and cardio equipment to ensure peak performance
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely ordering of replacement parts
  • Manage inventory of stock replacement parts
  • Oversee and manage the Hippo Work Order system, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
  • Inspect work in progress and completed repairs for accuracy and quality
  • Monitor and manage equipment warranty repairs
  • Assist with club inspections and report findings as directed
  • Communicate facility-related issues to appropriate leadership
  • Ensure all equipment relocation, extraction, or reshuffling is approved through leadership
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
