About The Position

We are looking for an Area Manager to join our Indigo Urgent Care team and oversee our clinic locations in Gig Harbor, WA. You will also have a home base in Renton where the Indigo Urgent Care training facility is located. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Responsibilities

responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region.
coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members.
travels to the various clinics on a regular basis and is available during business hours (including night/weekends/holidays/on-call rotation).
maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development.
maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.
