Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales (inside sales, outside sales, field sales, etc.) within the tools, construction, or related industry
  • Knowledge of the tools market, key players, and what drives purchasing decisions
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth
  • Ability to develop a sales strategy and pivot when necessary to achieve results
  • Highly autonomous with a strong entrepreneurial drive to build and manage territory
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation), negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your defined territory and set the sales strategy to capture new markets, expand our footprint, and achieve sales targets.
  • Build relationships with distributors and end-users to drive product adoption and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement sales plans that align with market trends and company goals.
  • Use data and market insights to refine your approach and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with distributors to develop product promotion strategies.
  • Train and educate trade school trainers on proper use of products.
