About The Position

The Sales Representative will work directly with customers in a designated territory to meet volume objectives while supporting profitability and operational efficiency. This is a relationship-focused sales role requiring both strategic planning and day-to-day account management.

Requirements

English and Spanish Required
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
B2B Sales experience
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and internal teams
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales targets and volume goals in assigned markets
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing customers
Ensure timely resolution of customer or consumer concerns
Implement company promotional and marketing programs effectively
Monitor and maintain pricing strategies aligned with company goals
Participate in the development and execution of sales objectives, policies, and programs
Submit reports, documentation, and requests promptly and accurately
Conduct regular business reviews with the Regional Sales Manager
Identify new business opportunities to maximize revenue and market presence
