About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is hiring an experienced Armed Security Officer for a permanent assignment in Camp Hill, PA. This is a stable, weekday position with consistent hours, professional expectations, and strong supervisory support. If you hold a current ACT 235 certification and have prior armed security, military, or law enforcement experience, this is a high-paying, steady opportunity. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM No nights No weekends No rotating shifts 30+ hours/week qualifies for full-time status Overtime available when applicable

Requirements

Current ACT 235 certification (required)
Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Prior armed security, military, or law enforcement experience strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must pass background check
Required in-person orientation prior to assignment

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible, professional armed security presence
Conduct routine foot and mobile patrols
Monitor access points and overall site conditions
Respond to incidents and emergencies
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports (Belfry Software)
Enforce post orders and client policies
Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and fellow officers
