Requirements

• Prior security experience required
• Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• ACT 235 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Law enforcement or military background is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers across multiple sites
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure full coverage and compliance
• Train and coach officers while providing corrective guidance when needed
• Complete daily reports and incident documentation accurately
• Act as the main point of contact between field staff and management
• Respond to incidents emergencies and assist with conflict resolution
