As a Security Officer Armed Mobile-Patrol Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and professionalism. You will support access control practices, document activity, and partner with site teams to deliver strong customer service. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or have a college degree.
• Have an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Perform armed patrol duties, maintaining assigned equipment per policy while following all use-of-force guidelines and post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordination with site contacts, and notification of law enforcement and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions.
• Control access by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and completing required logs, incident reports, and other post documentation.
