About The Position
Art Release: Review daily sample and production release schedules to determine required artwork handoffs Collect completed tech packs and sequence sheets for release to the Screen Department Ensure all designs released to the Screen Department are accurately marked as "Released" in Shopworks Revisions and Approvals: Prepare and attach detailed notes to samples for production orders requiring clarification or special instructions Update Shopworks to reflect customer approval upon confirmation Enter final approved colors into Shopworks sequence information for completed designs Miscellaneous: Maintain and organize the Sample Library for accurate tracking and easy retrieval Send customer approval images when required and provide a 20-minute advance notification email prior to sending final approval images Receive completed samples from production and file them in designated numerical locations
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
