About The Position

Movement Strategy is looking for an Art Director to bring social-first, visually compelling creative to life for a high-profile music account. Reporting to a Creative Director, you’ll help shape and execute the visual direction of the work, designing platform-native content, collaborating with copy and motion partners, and delivering creative that feels fresh, culturally relevant, and of the moment. This role sits at the intersection of music, culture, and community, with opportunities to create across rotational markets and contribute to campaigns that resonate with fans. You are a strong visual thinker with social agency experience and a portfolio that shows excellent craft, taste, and attention to detail. You’re comfortable concepting alongside creative partners, translating ideas into standout design and content, and iterating quickly in a fast-moving environment. You understand how to create for social platforms, how to stay tapped into cultural trends, and how to bring energy, style, and intention to every piece of work. Movement Strategy creates content and campaigns for the world’s most exciting brands. We win awards, make headlines, shatter engagement numbers and celebrate the journey along the way. It’s why companies like Netflix, Amazon, Spotify, and Intuit come to us again and again. We’re fully remote with hubs in New York, Denver, and LA, and a presence all across the US. We believe collaboration is what takes our work from good to great, and at times, even to legendary status. We champion diverse opinions and creativity in every department, and provide professional development and learning opportunities with the goal of helping you discover your best work today, and learn how to make it even better in the future.
