Responsible for the development and direction of creative materials that reinforces Transamerica brand and product positioning across our Retirement and Investments channels and platforms. This includes the management of a design team to conceptualize and create brand assets (video, digital and print) for Transamerica through assignments, deadlines, reviews, and feedback. This specific AD role requires video creation experience, primarily in post-production and editing and will be about 35% of the role. Your responsibilities will include understanding our brand to give expert visual guidance, developing compelling layouts, video post-production, and championing and protecting the brand across multiple platforms and channels. You will work closely with our Marketing Directors, the larger creative team, and Channel partners to create work that engages and sells. We need an agent for collaboration, advocating for and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will help nurture our environment of learning, engagement, and encouraging creativity that fosters fresh and progressive ideas.
