About The Position
cBEYONData a subsidiary of SMX is seeking a Communications & Value Realization Specialist to measure and communicate the impact of AI initiatives across the agency. This role identifies baseline metrics, quantifies improvements, and translates technical achievements into mission-focused success stories for leadership. This role is onsite in Quantico, VA. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in value realization, business analysis, analytics, or communications.
- 1–3 years of cross-team coordination or program support experience.
- Strong writing, visualization, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical information into executive-ready messages.
- Active Secret clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives or federal transformation programs.
- Background in change management, strategic communications, or PMO support.
Responsibilities
- Establish baseline metrics for AI and automation initiatives across programs.
- Track and report incremental improvements, ROI, and mission impact.
- Develop clear, compelling communications that highlight value delivered.
- Maintain cross-team visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and accomplishments.
- Build dashboards, scorecards, or storytelling artifacts for leadership.
- Support internal communication strategies for AI adoption and awareness.
