With a focus on underserved markets, Breakaway brings a premium two-day EDM/Pop festival experience to where consumers live, work, and play, featuring an ever-evolving lineup of top artists, immersive brand activations, and unforgettable moments.
THE ROLE
Breakaway is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Artist Relations Interns to support the Artist Relations team during our Dallas, TX festival. This is a short-term, entry-level, hands-on role designed for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in live music, artist hospitality, and festival operations. Interns will work on-site during festival week, supporting artists, tour teams, and internal staff to help ensure smooth day-of-show execution and an exceptional artist experience.
This position is a festival weekend contract role, based in Dallas, TX, with a typical schedule of Thursday–Saturday (hours may vary based on operational needs and event schedules).

Requirements

• Local to the Dallas festival market
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving vans
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work on-site Thursday–Saturday
• No prior experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist with general artist relations support tasks
• Drive vans, fetch supplies, and run errands as needed
• Support green room setup and upkeep
• Assist Coordinators and Support Staff on-site
• Be flexible and responsive to real-time needs
