Asbestos & Mold Analyst/Microscopist
About The Position
We are seeking an asbestos analyst to perform analysis utilizing a Polarized Light Microscope (PLM) to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing PLM analysis to identify and quantify asbestos in bulk building materials. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical precision, and the ability to interpret complex optical properties. Method-specific training is available for candidates with some previous professional or academic experience with PLM microscopes and general geology knowledge. Note: Due to the nature of this analysis involving dispersion staining color evaluation, candidates must not have severe color blindness.
