This Position reports to the LE2 Program within the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Mission Area. As the LE2 Finance Associate Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day business management activities that has Annual Revenue of $300M+, expected to grow over the LRP cycle. Colorado Site Finance Associate Manager; assisting with sustaining and enhancing team culture, to inspire employees to learn, grow, innovate, collaborate, leverage differences, and perform with excellence Overseeing on-time, accurate development & delivery of all internal and external program financial and cost reporting, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), input for Enhanced Program Reporting System (EPRS), Variance Analysis Reports (VARs), Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Reports (IPMDAR), Contract Estimates At Complete (CEAC), and Earned Value Metrics (EVM). Lead Team through Annual and Quarterly OSEC Processes. Lead Program and Team through Cost challenges and resolutions. Ensuring finance cost analysts are properly trained and informed. Helping shape practices & tools for program cost analysis and reporting Focus on successful baseline integration, performance management and oversight of major suppliers supporting the OBS. Collaborating with Program Team to include Program Management, OBS Managers, CAMs, Cost Estimating, Planning...etc. to ensure overall Program Success The ideal candidate has experience with Government contracting, Earned Value Management, experience managing large suppliers from a cost/schedule perspective and Financial Planning & Analysis. This leader will have a customer interface, both external and internal, and will often present to Program Leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in managing and analyzing financial performance with experience in detailed analysis of data exhibiting high analytical ability and degree of accuracy
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree or higher level degree in Finance, Business or related field.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines and processes and their implementation on programs.
  • Effective communication skills; both oral and written
  • Emerging authority in leading, motivating and mentoring a diverse team of Program Finance professionals in a dynamic program environment.
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel.
  • The ideal candidate has experience with Government contracting, Earned Value Management, experience managing large suppliers from a cost/schedule perspective and Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • This leader will have a customer interface, both external and internal, and will often present to Program Leadership.
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
