About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on ASO Manager to drive organic growth, visibility, and conversion across a portfolio of mobile and connected TV applications. This role is ideal for a data-driven ASO specialist with strong technical fundamentals, deep app ecosystem experience, and advanced analytics capabilities. The ASO Manager will own day-to-day app store optimization efforts and translate performance insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own and execute ASO strategy across Apple App Store, Google Play, and connected TV platforms (e.g., Roku, Fire TV, Samsung).
Conduct keyword research, semantic clustering, and competitive analysis to improve rankings and discoverability.
Optimize store metadata including titles, subtitles, keyword fields, descriptions, and release notes.
Partner with Creative and Product Marketing teams to develop and optimize screenshots, video previews, and promotional assets.
Lead A/B testing initiatives using Apple Product Page Optimization and Google Play Experiments to improve conversion and install velocity.
Monitor platform updates and algorithm changes to ensure best-in-class ASO practices.
Analyze performance data across App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and third-party ASO tools.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking keyword rankings, conversion rates, install trends, and competitive share of voice.
Create clear, visually compelling presentations that translate performance data into actionable growth insights.
Partner with analytics teams to assess downstream impact, including retention and subscription performance.
