Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Construction labor experience required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Responsibilities

• Assist with asphalt paving operations, including raking, shoveling, site preparation, and general labor tasks
• Support equipment operators and crew members to maintain efficient jobsite workflow
• Load and unload materials and operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
• Other duties as assigned
