About The Position

Job Description/Essential Duties: The Assembler Display plays a vital role in ensuring California Faucets delivers high quality plumbing products to its customers. This role directly impacts both the quality and quantity of products delivered to customers by assembling, testing, and packaging plumbing fixtures with precision. In addition to fulfilling customer orders, the assembler display plays a key role in creating product display boards for showroom and marketing initiatives ensuring our products are presented with visual excellence and brand consistency. Requirements

  • Adaptability/flexibility when encountering problems. Must be able to communicate discrepancies to team leader and be able to solve problems and implement solutions.
  • Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and persistence.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • The minimum educational requirement to successfully perform this position is a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • Someone entering this position should have at least six (6) months experience performing similar work in a related field.
  • The employee is regularly required to walk and use hands to finger.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand extended periods of time; reach with hands and arms below and above shoulder; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist or crawl.
  • The employee may be required to lift/carry 1-50 pounds when necessary.
  • The employee must be able to visually identify small finish imperfections.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble plumbing systems and fixtures, applying adhesives and lubricants as needed
  • Inspect components during assembly to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow Pick Tickets to locate parts and verify packaging requirements
  • Report quality issues and part shortages to team leader
  • Operate manual, electric, and air-powered hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Monitor expiration dates of adhesives and lubricants
  • Maintain organized records of rework and repair orders; coordinate with Finishing team
  • Assemble showroom and marketing display boards with precise drilling and mounting
  • Use drill press and precision tools to ensure accurate layout and alignment
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
