At this facility, the assembler role is responsible for the day-to-day production and packaging of components used in our medical devices. Available Shifts include: 1st Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm M-F 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm M-F 3rd Shift: 10:30pm-6:30am Su-Thurs Weekend Shift: 6:30am-6:30pm or 6:30pm-6:30am Sundays and Saturdays Overtime is required. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. You will be working in a clean room manufacturing environment that requires you to wear personal protective equipment including eyewear, hair net and protective gowning. Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations. Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions. Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s). Make continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. Operate microscopes as needed. Alternate between standing and sitting throughout shift

Requirements

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Ability to read and write in English in order to understand work instructions, safety protocols, and communicate effectively within the team.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing
  • Previous experience with assembly work
  • Experience working in medical device manufacturing
  • Background in automotive manufacturing or related industries
  • Strong mathematical skills for measurement and quality checks
  • Excellent hand dexterity for detailed assembly tasks
  • Willingness and flexibility to support different production areas as needed
