About The Position

Every team member plays a key role in bringing innovative ideas to life — and we’re looking for an Assembler - Electrical to join our talented crew. What You’ll Do As an Assembler - Electrical, you’ll be hands-on in creating the electrical backbone of our custom machines. You’ll build, wire, and test electro-mechanical assemblies — from harnesses and control boxes to PC boards and power supplies — ensuring every detail meets our high-quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (technical training in electronics a plus!)
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or electro-mechanical assembly
• Ability to read schematics and use hand tools (soldering irons, crimpers, voltmeters, etc.)
• Keen attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• A “can-do” attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Assembling and wiring electrical sub-assemblies and harnesses
• Soldering PCBs and installing electrical components
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Collaborating with engineers and production teams to meet deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
