About The Position

Overview: The Assembler III performs complex assemblies, interprets technical documentation, and provides day-to-day support to lower-level assemblers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Production Support Perform complex or multi-step assembly operations independently following work instructions and drawings. Support daily production activities as assigned. Assist with equipment setup and basic troubleshooting. Interpret drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. Quality & Safety Follow safety protocols and quality requirements. Adhere to work instructions and quality standards, including AS9100 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 where applicable. Perform in-process inspections and measurements. Support audits, rework, and corrective actions. Documentation Accurately complete required production and quality documentation. Mentorship Assist in training and onboarding Assemblers I–II. Marginal Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 2-5 years of related experience.
Strong understanding of drawings and specifications.
Proven measurement and quality proficiency.
U.S. citizenship is required for this role due to federal regulations.
