About The Position

This position will play a hands-on role in building high-quality products through precise assembly, finishing, and basic machine operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following standardized processes, and contributing to a team-focused manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure our products meet exact specifications every time. You will perform finishing and assembly of products and components, along with light machine operations such as drill press work, stamping, riveting, and oven bonding. Daily tasks include inking, cleaning, inspecting, and packaging parts using standard tools, fixtures, and work instructions. You will follow established guidelines, monitor product quality, and manage your time effectively while working under the direction of a supervisor or manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with consistency.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Basic reasoning and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Follow standard work instructions accurately and consistently.
  • Assemble components and finished products using hand tools and light power equipment.
  • Set up and use small fixtures and jigs to support assembly tasks.
  • Operate light manufacturing equipment, including ovens, drill presses, stamping, and riveting machines.
  • Handle, move, and stage materials according to manufacturing orders.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
  • Perform cleaning, inking, and packaging of finished products.
  • Record and report production and quality data as required.
  • Communicate quality concerns or process issues to appropriate team members.
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented production environment.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
