About The Position

As an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality custom motor components that power essential equipment across industries. You’ll work with a supportive team, modern tools, and clear blueprints to create products you’ll be proud of.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required).

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build custom motor components by reading and following work packets and blueprints with accuracy.
• Rotate between hands-on tasks such as magnetizing, assembling, testing, banding, painting, and packing.
• Use quality hand tools, gauges, and measuring instruments to ensure every product meets our high standards.
• Assemble premanufactured parts and test final products to ensure they perform exactly as designed.
• Support smooth production by performing basic equipment maintenance and immediately reporting safety or repair concerns.
• Take on additional projects or tasks as assigned by your leadership team.
