Provide quality workmanship as well as meet the production schedule for all projects.

Requirements

  • No vision hindrances in relation to color (not color-blind).
  • Ability to read/learn various manufacturing drawing types. Ie. schematics, layouts, diagrams, etc.
  • Ability to approach people to ask questions.
  • Effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organization staff and vendors. Competencies include excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Efficient use of hand and power tools.
  • Understanding and basic knowledge of wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • High-school education or equivalent.
  • Equivalent combination of Education and Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Eclipse knowledge
  • Basic Electrical/ Mechanical theory knowledge
  • Use of Hand Tools, Power Tools and Electrical DVM

Responsibilities

  • Assemble projects to the customer’s specifications.
  • Assist the production team with various phases of assemblies.
  • Produce a turnkey project from start to finish with direction provided by the Production Manager.
