Provide quality workmanship as well as meet the production schedule for all projects.

Requirements

No vision hindrances in relation to color (not color-blind).
Ability to read/learn various manufacturing drawing types. Ie. schematics, layouts, diagrams, etc.
Ability to approach people to ask questions.
Effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organization staff and vendors. Competencies include excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Efficient use of hand and power tools.
Understanding and basic knowledge of wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
1-3 years’ experience working in a similar role
High-school education or equivalent.
Equivalent combination of Education and Experience

Nice To Haves

Eclipse knowledge
Basic Electrical/ Mechanical theory knowledge
Use of Hand Tools, Power Tools and Electrical DVM

Responsibilities

Assemble projects to the customer’s specifications.
Assist the production team with various phases of assemblies.
Produce a turnkey project from start to finish with direction provided by the Production Manager.
