About The Position

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Assemblers on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our production process by assembling components and ensuring products meet high standards of quality. Pay: Starting at $15/hr

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble parts.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
