About The Position

Assembly & Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for receiving incoming packages from plasma labs and follow established SOP for disassembly and rebuilding plasma coolers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear.
The ability to cope with and tolerate moderate levels of stress is also a necessity.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload trailers from plasma centers, ensuring no damage occurs to materials, equipment, trailers, or the facility.
Understand the processes and procedures for sanitizing coolers and gel packs.
Accurately configures outgoing coolers, shrink wrapped on pallets.
Works with as much speed, efficiency, and accuracy as possible to maximize organization.
Accurately complete required paperwork to include manifest, inventory levels, quality control logs, and dispatch records.
Communicate to Area Manager any discrepancies or defects discovered while processing any component of the contract.
Maintains accountability of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensures proper use while on duty.
Count incoming and outgoing cooler shippers, gel packs, supplies in stock and unusable items. Post totals to inventory records using computer.
Maintain a positive, collaborative relation with management, peers and customers.
Other duties as assigned.
