The Manufacturing Assembly Associate is responsible for Having a basic understanding of how the team integrates with others, providing informal guidance and support to team members, completing assigned manufacturing Assembly operations activities in your Assembly production area safely, meeting our quality standards and meeting Delivery goals Maintains clean and orderly work area (5S), including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care that are defined as part of production work, work independently and able to work in different Operations within Manufacturing cell or Assembly Value Stream Operates within team-based work system and rotates job routine as needed, knows and complies with department, site, and company policies and procedures including the proper wear and use of required personal protective equipment, and participates and completes training and personal development This position reports to the Supervisor and is part of the Flow Team located in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support different Area’s of the plant IE: Centrifuge, Flow Build and Test Drives and Test Machines Build Sub-Assemblies & Framing
