This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products. Essential Functions: Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature Follows an engineered assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels Uses Microsoft Office programs Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements Performs some hand soldering on electronic assemblies Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 10 hours). Able to transport up to 25 lbs. Other duties as assigned Ability to work overtime as needed No Travel requirements
