We have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join our San Luis Obispo, CA team. You will be doing assembly or ozone generators by following detailed instructions (blueprint) and steps for the process, while making sure that the quality and production is being maintained. You will: Assembly of ozone generator components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies Verify specification by measuring completed component. Cutting PVC piping to length and preparing and glue into assemblies Position parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements. Possible bullets about what skills they need or what they will be doing.
Requirements
- Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.
- Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
- Must be able to read blueprints, tape measures, and any other documents to help with the assembly process.
- You will be using small hand tools and power tools for the assembly process.
- Must be able to keep up with production pace and create quality parts.
- Must have basic math skills, ability to speak and read basic English, and be able to stand for your entire shift.
Nice To Haves
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
