The role of an Assembly Robotic Operator requires you to perform various repetitive assembly and fabrication operations as assigned by the Group Leader. Requirements

  • Two years of experience operating automatic equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receives instructions from the Supervisor to perform highly operating Robotic equipment.
  • Requests material (pallets) through JIT function, keeps Supervisor inform of parts shortages and inventory discrepancies.
  • Responsible for configuring lane assignments for each assembly line destined to be robotically palletized.
  • Monitors HMI screens for errors codes, fixes error, escalates errors to the appropriate levels, jams to Maintenance and fault codes to Engineering.
  • Cuts corner boards, manually scans, wraps and LPN's all manually palletized product.
  • Takes the lead and gives direction to workers when Group Leader is absent or on vacation.
  • Follows all safety rules and policies.
  • Performs various other duties and assignments as requested to assist in the overall operation of the department.
