Responsibilities
- Fitting, pressing, and threading components together
- Proper orientation and placement of components on fixtures
- Using various tools i.e. wrenches, arbor press, screw drivers etc.
- Ensuring compliance by following assembly procedures and work instructions i.e. wearing Nitrile gloves
- Select and load appropriate program
- Utilize set-up sheet
- Ensure adequate gas flow
- Spot nonconforming welds
- Follow set-up sheet
- Select appropriate mount & fixture
- Tweak bend to profile
- Hand bend as needed
- Uphold Good Documentation Practice
- Other tasks as assigned
