Responsibilities

Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies
Set-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job
Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules
Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals
Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.
