We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials when necessary
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical or electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled products
• Identify and report defects, damaged parts, or assembly issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment when needed
